Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Enideon uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit the website or use the application.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies can store limited information in your browser to remember a setting or help a service function. They are not the same as the content you create in Enideon, such as whiteboards or chat messages.
2. How Enideon Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies
Enideon currently uses required authentication and session technologies supplied through Supabase to support signed-in features. We also store your cookie-notice acknowledgement locally in your browser so the notice is not shown repeatedly.
Enideon does not currently include third-party advertising, marketing, or website analytics scripts that are enabled by this cookie-consent choice.
3. Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies are needed to provide secure account access and protect authenticated functionality. They cannot be disabled through Enideon's Cookie Settings while you use the service.
| Cookie / Technology | Purpose | Category | Provider | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase authentication and session data | Maintains a signed-in session and helps securely identify an authenticated user. | Strictly necessary | Supabase | Managed by the authentication service; duration may vary with session and refresh settings. |
| Enideon cookie-notice preference (local browser storage) | Remembers that you acknowledged the Cookie Policy notice. | Strictly necessary preference | Enideon | Stored until you clear browser site data or replace the preference. |
4. Authentication and Session Technologies
When you sign in, Enideon uses Supabase authentication. Supabase may use dynamically named browser cookie or session technologies to maintain your authenticated session, support secure account access, and keep protected application features working. Enideon does not expose authentication tokens, refresh tokens, or other credentials in this policy.
If you choose Google sign-in, the sign-in process also involves Google as an identity provider. Any technologies used by Google during that process are governed by Google's own policies.
5. Preference and Functional Technologies
Enideon stores the cookie-notice acknowledgement in local browser storage. Local storage is not a cookie: it remains on your device until it is cleared through browser controls or replaced by a new acknowledgement. It contains only the acknowledgement state, the policy version, and a timestamp; it does not contain account credentials or whiteboard content.
6. Analytics and Performance Technologies
Enideon does not currently use third-party website analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. If this changes, this Cookie Policy and the available Cookie Settings will be updated before optional technologies are enabled.
7. Third-Party Technologies
Supabase provides authentication and application data services. Ollama Cloud processes AI requests when you use AI features; it is not loaded as a browser tracking script. The feedback page uses a Fillout embed to provide the feedback form. Fillout may use its own technologies when you open that page, subject to Fillout's policies. Enideon does not publish or fabricate the names of third-party technologies that cannot be reliably identified from this application.
8. How Long Technologies Are Stored
Authentication and session data are retained according to the relevant session configuration and may be refreshed while you use the service. The Enideon cookie-notice acknowledgement remains in local browser storage until you clear site data or make a new acknowledgement. Third-party providers control the duration of technologies they set under their own policies.
9. How to Manage Cookies
You can view Enideon's current necessary technologies at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. The setting is informational because Enideon currently has no optional cookie categories to enable or disable.
You can clear browser cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing required authentication data may sign you out, and clearing the cookie-notice preference may cause the notice to appear again.
10. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to review, delete, or block cookies and clear local storage through their privacy or site-data controls. Browser settings differ by browser and device. Blocking required authentication technologies may prevent account-related features from working correctly.
11. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when Enideon's technologies or practices change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Please review this page periodically for the current information.
